Torii Parcel is a Japan shopping concierge and proxy purchase assistance service for customers overseas. You can send us a Japanese product link or describe an item you are trying to find.
We review availability, seller information, likely restrictions, and shipping options. If the request looks workable, we prepare a quote so you can see the expected costs before deciding whether to continue.
A request is not a purchase
Submitting a request is a free inquiry. It does not create a charge, an order, or a commitment to buy.
We proceed with a purchase only after you approve the quote and the required payment has been confirmed. You may decline the quote.
Reviewed in Japan, explained in English
Torii Parcel responds from Japan and provides request and status information in English. We aim to explain seller details, cost assumptions, shipping limits, and next steps in a way that is easy to follow.
Availability and shipping eligibility can change, especially for limited, pre-owned, marketplace, or time-sensitive listings. We cannot guarantee that every requested item can be purchased or shipped.
An independent service
Torii Parcel is independent from the brands, manufacturers, marketplaces, shops, and sellers whose products may appear in a request. Mentioning a product, brand, or marketplace is for identification and does not imply an official partnership or endorsement.
We are not the manufacturer or original seller of requested products. Product descriptions, warranties, quality commitments, and seller return rights may come from the original seller or manufacturer.
