Because Torii is independently run, we can discuss the item, workload, timing, and your priorities directly. If the standard formula does not fit the case, we agree on the scope and a price that feels fair to both sides before any paid work or purchase.

How long does it take to receive my item?
It depends on item availability, domestic delivery in Japan, and international shipping. Most requests receive an initial availability check within a few business days.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping is estimated from destination country, parcel size, weight, carrier options, and any special handling needed for the item.
Can I cancel my request?
You can cancel before approving the quote. After purchase, cancellation depends on the seller's policy and whether the order has already shipped.
Do you check the item before shipping?
We can provide optional photo checks when practical, especially for pre-owned, limited, or condition-sensitive items.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are made securely through Stripe. After you approve the quote, we will send you a Stripe payment link. Submitting a request does not create a charge, and we will not purchase the item until your payment has been confirmed.
Do you ship worldwide?
We aim to support many destinations, but some countries, carriers, and item types may have restrictions.
