As an operating policy, Torii Parcel generally does not accept the following requests. This includes products that are unlawful, unsafe, outside our capabilities, or inconsistent with the restrictions shown on our landing page.

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, dangerous goods, and hazardous chemicals
• Illegal or controlled substances
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Live animals
• Cash, negotiable instruments, precious metals, and high-risk valuables
• Adult or obscene materials
• Items intended for illegal activity
• Items whose ownership or export is unlawful
• Products requiring licenses or permissions Torii Parcel does not hold
• Food and drinks
• Medicines and supplements
• Perfume, aerosols, pressurized containers, and products with unclear chemical contents
• Cosmetics with unclear ingredients, labeling, or shipping eligibility
• Very large, unusually heavy, or exceptionally fragile items that we cannot safely handle

The following products may require additional information and may still be declined. Approval depends on the exact product, quantity, carrier, destination country, and current regulations.

• Alcohol, tobacco, and nicotine products
• Cosmetics with clear ingredients and labeling
• Batteries and battery-powered devices
• Electronics containing lithium batteries
• Knives, tools, and replica weapons
• Plants, seeds, and animal-derived products
• High-value collectibles
• Heat packs and other chemical products
• Large, heavy, or fragile goods that may need special handling

This list is not complete. Shipping eligibility can change with the item, carrier, route, and destination. We may decline a request after review for safety, legal, seller, import, or shipping reasons.
