Verified Japanese receiving
A future pilot is intended to let approved customers use a Torii-provided Japan receiving workflow for pre-registered orders.
Torii Box
We are preparing a small, legally cleared pilot for customers who want to shop from Japanese stores themselves, then receive, store, consolidate, and forward eligible parcels through Torii.
Torii Box is an early-access research and pilot concept, not a current forwarding service. Joining the list does not create an account, does not authorize parcel delivery, and does not give you a Japanese receiving address. We will not accept unsolicited parcels.
What we are testing
Large forwarding services already solve basic logistics. Torii Box is being tested around clearer handling, consolidation, and Japan-side help for collectors and repeat buyers.

Hold eligible packages for a defined window, then combine selected parcels before international shipment when practical.
If an order needs context, a seller question, or exception handling, Torii's human support is intended to stay part of the service.
No. Torii Box is not live, no receiving address is being issued, and unsolicited parcels are not accepted. Join early access and wait for explicit pilot instructions.
No. We have internal pricing hypotheses, but forwarding prices are not final until legal requirements and real pilot handling costs are measured.
Possibly. The exact legal and KYC requirements for the planned receiving workflow are being confirmed before any pilot receives parcels. We will explain the requirement before onboarding.
The hypothesis is that Torii can combine forwarding with clearer package handling and useful Japan-side human support. Early access exists to test whether that is valuable enough to build.
