Torii is independently run, so you can discuss the scope, priorities, and budget directly with the person handling the request. Nothing is purchased until you approve it.

Standard online purchase
Best for a normal online purchase where you send us the item link and no unusual handling is required.
From ¥3,000
15% of the approved item subtotal, with a ¥3,000 minimum per purchase request.
Managed preorder / limited release
For timed drops, limited releases, made-to-order goods, and long-lead orders that require materially more purchase timing or order management. Purchase success is never guaranteed.
From ¥5,000
20% of the approved item subtotal, with a ¥5,000 minimum per purchase request.
In-store / local pickup
Location, timing, travel, stock, queueing, and exact task scope are confirmed before we commit.
From ¥5,000 + expenses
20% of the approved item subtotal, with a ¥5,000 minimum. Approved travel and other actual expenses are separate.

Every request is different. High-value purchases, active auctions, group orders, unusual-risk work, and other materially non-standard requests are discussed and quoted individually. You can accept, decline, or talk through the scope and price before anything begins. Import duties, destination taxes, and customs or carrier charges are separate unless the quote expressly says they are included.
