Transparent pricing
For a standard eligible proxy purchase, the Torii service fee is 5% of the approved item subtotal, with a minimum of ¥700 and a maximum of ¥3,000 per purchase request.
Torii service fee
This standard fee covers ordinary proxy-purchase work. Auctions requiring active bidding, high-volume group orders, local tasks, unusual handling, or other clearly higher-labor requests may receive a separate quote before any paid work begins.
Human support advantage
We do not add a separate fee just because you need one straightforward question asked in Japanese. If the platform allows contact, we can ask. The seller is still free not to answer.
